How to Configure MFA Security Key (Hardware Token) with your Google Workspace Account

1. Sign in to your Google Workspace account.

2. Click on your avatar in the top right corner. Select "Manage your Google Account."

3. In the left-hand menu, select "Security."

4. Under "How you sign in to Google," find "2-Step Verification" and click "Get started."

5. Provide your password again if prompted.

6. Click on "Passkeys and security keys."

7. Click "+ Use a security key"

8. Register Your Device:

   • Choose "USB or NFC" and click "Next."

   • Insert your hardware key into a USB port.

   • Touch the button on the device when prompted.

9. Verify: Follow any additional prompts to ensure the setup is complete.

Your hardware token (key) is now set up for MFA on your Google Workspace account.
