Enabling Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) Enforcement in Google Workspace
Setting up Google Workspace Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) bolsters security by requiring an additional layer of verification, safeguarding accounts from unauthorized access and breaches.
MAKE SURE MFA IS SET UP ON YOUR ADMIN ACCOUNT. This is extremely important to ensure you don't lock everyone out of their accounts. You can configure MFA for your account using this link: https://myaccount.google.com/security?hl=en
Enforce MFA in this menu: https://admin.google.com/ac/security/2sv?journey=32
After enabling, all users will be prompted to configure MFA, and will not be able to access Google Workspace services unless they are enrolled.
