To download the Microsoft 365 Apps (Office suite), you must have a Microsoft 365 Business Standard or above license. Please see this section for more info about licensing available to nonprofits.
After verifying you're properly licensed, you're ready to download the Microsoft Apps (formerly Office Apps). First, navigate to https://www.microsoft365.com/. It should prompt you for a sign in or bring you to this page:
Once downloaded, you can find the installer in your Downloads folder, or press "Ctrl+J" to open your browsers downloads window. From there, you can click on the "OfficeSetup.exe" file. It may prompt you to "Allow this App to make changes to your device", click yes. If it prompts for a username and password, talk to your administrator.
You should see the following window while it installs - it may take a bit:
If you get an error or have issues, reach out to us at [email protected], and we can assist. Otherwise, you can start using your apps by searching for the newly installed apps in your start menu.
Next, we can click on the "Install Apps" dropdown:
Select "Premium Microsoft 365 Apps" and it should begin the download:
Once its done, you should see this window:
